新堂特別奉獻信
親愛的主內弟兄姊妹:
八年前，CCCVA踏上了一段信心之旅，要建立一個能服事世世代代的教會，而今年，2025年，我們來到了一個關鍵時刻。儘管經濟不確定性、政府裁員、通貨膨脹和關稅帶來了挑戰，神仍然賜給我們清晰的使命：要向華人社區傳福音，建造下一代，並發展多族裔事工。
在祂的恩典中，神為我們預備了一座完美契合我們需求的教堂，地理位置更加優越，離許多居住在Fairfax的家庭更近。這完全是神的恩典，是祂應允了我們的禱告。當我們第一次參觀這座教堂時，我們驚嘆它的華美和對我們事工的契合。然而，我們並不確定我們的報價是否會被接受。但神再次顯明祂的憐憫，在眾多競標者中，賣方選擇了我們。我們親眼見證了神在整個購買過程中的帶領，正如腓立比書4:19所說：「我的神必照他榮耀的豐富，在基督耶穌裡，使你們一切所需的都充足。」
現在我們已經買下了這個教堂 (541 Marshall Road SW, Vienna)! 如果上帝許可, 我們計劃於11月底搬至新堂。我們為這一里程碑感恩，但同時也看到有需要推動一個買堂的特別奉獻, 目標是在2025年底前一次性地籌集$500,000。這筆奉獻將用於償還$3.3百萬的貸款，並進行一些裝修，使我們的新教堂成為一個更好的敬拜和服事場所。
這是我們的恩典之旅，神信實的見證，也是我們在挑戰中仍全心服事的承諾。但我們無法獨自完成這項使命，需要大家同心合意，共同努力。在這裡我誠心地邀請您在禱告中繼續記念教會事工的需要，並求神引領我們前面的道路。我們邀請您獻上最好的禮物，讓我們有個好的開始並且為教會的未來奠定穩固的基礎。

church purchase offering letter
Dear CCCVA brothers and sisters:
Eight years ago, CCCVA embarked on a journey of faith—the vision of establishing a church that would serve generations to come. This year, in 2025, we stand at a pivotal moment. Despite economic uncertainties, government layoffs, inflation, and tariffs, God has given us a clear mission: to reach Chinese communities, build up the next generation, and foster multi-ethnic ministries.
Through His grace, He has provided a church building that perfectly meets our needs—an ideal space in a better location, closer to many families in Fairfax. It is a gift, an answered prayer. When we first toured the building, we were amazed by its beauty and its potential for ministry. Yet, we were uncertain whether our offer would be accepted. But once again, God showed His mercy. Out of many bidders, the seller chose us. We witnessed His hand guiding us through the entire process, as Philippians 4:19 says: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
Now we successfully purchased this church building in Vienna (541 Marshall Road SW, Vienna)! If the Lord is willing, we plan to move to the new building by the end of November 2025.We are filled with gratitude as we celebrate this milestone. However, we also recognize the need to launch a one-time special fundraising campaign with the goal of raising $500,000 by the end of 2025. These funds will be used to pay down our $3.3 million loan and carry out necessary repairs and renovations, ensuring that our new church becomes an even better place for worship and ministry.
This is our Journey of Grace—a testament to God’s faithfulness and our commitment to serve wholeheartedly despite the challenges we face. But we cannot accomplish this mission alone, we need everyone to come together in unity and work toward this goal.
With sincerity, please continue remembering church’s ministry needs in your prayers, asking God to guide us in the path ahead. We also invite you to offer your best gift for this special campaign to give us a great start and lay a strong foundation for the future of our church.
